Great experience with Anderson Property Services! We had our third floor/loft converted into a livable entertainment space and office. In my opinion, the project was big as it included not only cosmetic work, but also electrical work and some HVAC work. Andy and crew were able to coordinate easily with subcontractors as needed to ensure everything was done properly and efficiently. Shout out specifically to Dave, who was here more days than anybody else, and his strong attention to detail with the trim work. All crew members were extremely friendly and respectable. Anderson completely gutted and remodeled my basement. The work was done well, the price was fair, and the constant communication with throughout the job was exceptional. I highly recommended this contractor.
