But I strongly suggest you write down everything that has been bothering you. So that you have it fresh in your mind. When you get there, all they want to do is help you.
I was in quite a bit of pain, but the UPMC Go Health staff helped. They were friendly and efficient and explained the problem and solution clearly.
UPDATE: Another visit, severe cut, needed 5 stitches. Problem was taken care of efficiently. They genuinely seem to care about us.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Back again, major different problem, more severe pain. As usual, they genuinely care about us as patients.
Still in discomfort and been in er many times for my left knee and I don't agree with mri first time being in urgent care and they need in general to study more on people's situations with injuries which I have many and I'm covered either ways 4 ways but won't get a hospital stay because of racism when necessary
