The Receptionist, CNA, xray tech, PA-C, etc.treated me w dignity & were all very friendly & professional; always making sure I was comfortable. Never had a bad visit experience & would recommend UPMC UrgiCare.
I had to show up an hour before closing, after checking in had been about 20m later and even though they were obviously rushed they were very nice and professional. Awesome service and almost half the price of medexpress. Will be coming here for the foreseeable future most likely.
The staff here were amazing and very friendly! The PA was attentive to what I was saying and gave detailed and helpful answers. The xray technician was amazing and made the process very easy! The front desk staff were upfront about pricing and were very patient with me and my questions as well. I came an hour or so before closing and I didn't feel rushed through. All the staff were just very friendly and it helped lessen any anxiety I was feeling.Probably one of the best urgent care experiences I have had.
