Thu is the absolute BEST and so incredibly sweet! I have been going to her for 19 years and have never had a problem! The rest of the staff have always been very kind and welcoming at every appointment! Highly recommended!!
This is the only nail salon I will go to. The service is outstanding, both in the way they care for the clients and their skills at doing nails. They are all wonderful and caring people!! I usually go to Linda, and she is extremely kind, patient, and skilled.
I went for a much needed manicure today! I work with kids and wash my hands multiple times a day, make crafts etc. I needed some TLC. I was sitting in the chair, the technician got up and went to the back. I thought perhaps she needed to use the restroom. Well I sat there with my hand under the lights, I took turns moving one hand to the next every 60 seconds for about 10min. When I hear my technician say from the back," You can go!" I got up the man at the desk got up said,"$35", handed me a receipt and before I even filled in the tip & signed he was back in the chair with his eyes closed taking a nap! No," Thank you" or, " Have a nice day", nothing! Great job on my nails, but not the best at PR! Local and family owned business which I like supporting, but manners go a long way!
