The young lady who cleaned my teeth( Nika) I think that’s how you spell it! She was extremely professional, polite, and precise. She explained and talked me through the process. I’m appreciative of her knowledge. Prior to that, Dr. Hutson came in, very professional and polite too, and looked at my teeth, and gave the nod to proceed. I am now feeling very welcomed and comfortable when having work done.
I was impressed with Dr Suher’s office from the time I brought my dad in who at the time was ailing and 83 years old and they were so honest and upfront about the treatment that he needed instead of charging his insurance and making a new denture,
the doctor just simply filed it down so it would be more comfortable!
It’s a very friendly welcoming atmosphere and I like that they don’t do unnecessary treatment, just to get insurance money!
The dentist and dental hygienist were super nice, friendly, and professional. I hadn’t been in awhile and he was nothing but kind about it. My only complaint was that the receptionist didn’t check me in properly and I sat in the lobby for an hour before they called and said I missed my appointment. No apology was even offered for the mishap.
