Easy to schedule. Get to talk directly with owners and not an automated system. Very personable. Movers arrived within time frame given. Movers were professional and never complained even though it was hot and I had to request a few changes at last minute. Broke 1 piece of furniture but we fixed it. We did give them
drinks and pizza. But they should probably bring enough drinks for the entire day in a cooler. 4 hours was not enough time to put items back together so we did our own beds and dining room. Owners did a follow up call with us which shows they are trying to get feedback for improvements. Overall we were satisfied.
I am highly impressed by the customer service at DMC. I spoke with both owners in the pre and post booking process. They are kind and principled - taking the time to hear my needs, build a quote, and explain exactly what is included. All fees (very few) and charges were clear and there were no surprises at the end. The crew was on time, worked hard, and cared for our items. They were very respectful of us and our family. They were with us from beginning to end no matter how long it took. The most impressive part? From start to finish, this was a great moving company to work with! They had moving dates available within a week, which was awesome. Teare, the moving consultant, was very friendly and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. The gentleman who moved our furniture, Malachi and Martell, were also very friendly and incredibly efficient! They treated our furniture with care, dissembled/reassembled our couches, and even covered our carpet with blankets to avoid tracking in mud. I'd give them 100 stars if I could ⭐!
