The experience was great from beginning to end. Checking in went smoothly. I did not have to wait for the stylist. The stylist was friendly and professional. Most of all I love my hair cut and style! AJ did a great job. I’ll be back and I’ll bring my family!
I walked in to make an appointment to come back at a later time and immediately got sat with Stylist Chrissy Turner. Chrissy was so pleasant and courteous. She made sure I was comfortable. She explained everything step of the process from the moment I sat in the chair to my checkout. She asked if the water was to my liking before she put the water on my scalp during the wash process which most dont. They either burn you or freeze you out lol. Chrissy sat me in front of the mirror during the styling so I can how everything was going. Some times you get a surprise hairdo when they turn you around 😆. Gwyn explained to me what she was doing as she went thru the different steps, was very imformative, which I so appreciated as my last hair experience was not a good one! She listened to what I wanted & she delivered!
