They will send you supplies you didn’t request and when asking where I made the request for supplies they can’t provide any explanation. They sent an erroneous bill with items I didn’t have and no one had an explanation. That’s also saying no one had an explanation after playing musical agents getting passed around over and over. Got another bill stating partial amounts of money were sent to collections when I had a 0 balance. Was told “it hasn’t posted” when it was paid ages ago. They took my money then didn’t update the account. I asked for a statement regarding the collection reversal and I was told to call back. For what? Problem is no one has any...read full review
The end result seems to be fine. However Apria has one of the worst systems of communication I have worked with. Once you get hold of the person you're trying to talk to all is good but it's a sad journey attempting to get that person .
I had to call four times to get someone to help me place my first order. Everyone I talked to either didn’t understand what I wanted or kept transferring me. In the end I got more supplies than I needed.
