I had a 3-year contract with AT&T for a Galaxy S23 Ultra with insurance, paying a ridiculous amount every month. For the first 2.5 years, I paid for insurance I never used. Then, I cracked my screen a few times. I submitted the claims to Asurion and chose the Monaca location. Every time, I worked with the manager, Dylan. This guy is excellent, incredibly knowledgeable, gets it done right, and actually gives a shit about helping people. Ive brought a couple items here and every experience was nice. Ive had my ps3 disc reader fixed last year. Today was i couldn't get my laptop screen protector off. Took him 30 seconds and as always whoever i speak to is friendly. 10/10 recommend coming here for any electronic repairs.
I recommend there store to everyone in the area very knowledgeable and great results had to get screen fixed was done excellent even though got home phone fell and cracked the screen so I will be back fellas to get fixed lol
