Wonderful business! I went in with an issue that Verizon was not real helpful with in person. Well I got here and Bill was so good to me!! Walked me thru everything with kindness and gentleness. I came back today and it was even better than the first day! Bill and Luke got me fixed right up and tho I don’t want anymore phone problems, I won’t hesitate to come back here! Thank you!!
Great service! I came one hour before closing time with a broken screen on my phone. The manager said he would do his best to get the phone repaired that evening. He ended up staying over 2 hours after closing time to get the repair completed. He even called in a technician to come back to work after closing time to fix a diagnostic issue. I really appreciate that they worked late and completed the repair. The phone looks great and is functioning normal. Thanks again!
I needed phone repair and I stopped in at U break I Fix in Monaca. I can't but say anything good things about this store and particularly the customer service provided by the assoc Luke. He was courteous and efficient. Had my phone repaired in a day.Will definitely return if I ever need future repairs.
