Had a very nice visit with Christina. I like her no pressure sales approach and she gave me the bottom best price that I could get. No dickering, it was the best price the first time.My problem is that I paid top dollar for the best at that time (it's been 7 years ago) and have never been satisfied with them from day one. So I have a hard time shelling out $5400 for another best available at this time. That's my cost after insurance. They cost $7900 without any insurance.My big problem is with background noise which seems to be a lot of other people's problems too. With all the new technology, there's no guarantee that it will remedy that problem.
My family felt that I had a hearing loss. Of course, I was in denial. The test revealed significant to profound hearing loss! I wasn’t pleased to hear that but I was pleased with the care I got from the receptionist and audiologist. I even got a follow up call!
