I went in for a normal check-up and to restock my contacts. My appointment was pushed back due to a walk-in emergency and people seemed to be scrambling to keep up and adapt to make sure everyone still got in on time. I ended up waiting for a while, but the staff was kind, calm, and very professional. Once I was seen, it was one of the most informative and helpful eye appointments I have had in a long while. My entire family has gone to My Eye Dr for all our vision needs. We were seen by Dr. Morrow, he took the time answered questions went over everything for our visit, his service was outstanding. The staff has been excellent from the front reception area, to the screening and then finally to the staff in the back for glasses. We have had excellent service from Marcus, Paris, and Toni. Thank you so much for taking care of our vision needs.

Paris and Dr. McKernan were great! All staff were friendly and professional. My wife and I were seen in a timely manner with exam and options expressed in understandable terms. No high pressure whatsoever to purchase glasses. We both felt quite comfortable while there. We both very much recommend the services of MyEyeDr in downtown Beaver, Falls, PA.
