Just had our first experience shopping at Voss while looking for a new Speed Queen washer. Matt was very knowledgeable and provided excellent personable service, far exceeding that of the Big Box stores! Delivery was fast and on schedule. Voss is our new go-to place when in need of a new appliance!
After purchasing our new house, we quickly realized the range needed replaced. Megan made the process so easy, which is exactly what we needed after the stress of moving. She listened to what I wanted, didn’t try to upsell me, and gave practical options all within the budget I asked to stay in. Megan is my appliance fairy godmother. I reached out to her as a new customer on a holiday weekend, desperate for a replacement dryer.
