Had a really great experience with ALLTEMP and just want to give a shoutout for their awesome customer service. When my house dropped to 51 degrees, I booked an appointment with her on the phone, and Melinda quickly gave me a call back to let me know that a tech available sooner, which was a huge help. She was super friendly and made what could’ve been stressful way easier.
When Dawson, the techician, showed up, he was really polite and professional. He asked a few questions, explained what he was checking, and got right to work. He found the problem and fixed it fast, and I only paid the regular diagnostic fee.
Excellent service today for the second half of my service plan. AC already taken care of and now the heating system as well. Their scheduling is so easy and accommodating and their technicians are the absolute best. They are prompt, knowledgeable, skilled, get it done in a timely manner and very important to me, having a worker coming into my home, are such nice people. I had another company this year offer me their plan for a year free and I said no. I’ve been with Alltemps for more years than I can count. Highest recommendation from me.

Our natural gas furnace decided to stop working on a Sunday on the coldest day of the year. All other HVAC companies either didn’t return our calls or told us they wouldn’t come out if we had no service contract. Alltemp was willing to come out. Jeff was the tech on call and was there within a couple hours exactly when he said he would be able to be there. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had our issue fixed in short order. We appreciated the service on a Sunday when everyone else who advertises 24/7 emergency service apparently doesn’t actually mean that. Thanks again Jeff and Alltemp. You’ve earned our future business.
