Exceptional and professional staff.

Had to cancel appointment last minute to due work and couldn't get through to talk to anyone day before. Left a message that morning stating I couldnt make it and now they will not accept me as a patient. Nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phones.Dont recommend. Ill gladly go elsewhere

Sadly very disappointed in the treatment I received at this office. Waited almost 2 months for the appointment and when scheduling the appointment told the scheduler that I had 2 insurances. On the day of my appointment, I got to the office approximately 15 minutes before my appointment and sat and waited until they took 4 patients back who had come after me prior to even acknowledging that I was there for my appointment. When finally speaking to the receptionist I was told that I would have to pay for my appointment even though I had 2 insurances to cover the appointment. I was then told I needed to speak to the billing manager who refused to process a claim to my primary insurance which they did not participate with. I told them I understood that, but that to receive payment from my secondary insurance they would need the denial from the primary insurance before my secondary insurance would pay for my visit. Upon which the billing manager replied, she would not do that for me and then handed my insurance cards back to me and told me at that point she was refusing service to me after waiting an hour to be seen. Extremely disappointed in the disrespect and callousness of the billing manager as well as the laziness to help a patient on Medicare with the billing process so that I could be seen.

Personable and professional hygienists and dentist. Have always received wonderful care promptly.

I had a crown put on. They told me when I got it that if I had any problems within the 1st year, it would be covered by warranty. It fell out twice. I followed all directions in caring for it. But it fell out twice. I had to go back to get it re cemented in. They charged me a a fee for the dentist when they re cemented it. That is ridiculous. The staff was very condescending when speaking to them about this as well. I will be finding a new dental practice.

I had been going to this dental practice since Dr. Wasilewski opened it on 4th street but it has certainly gone downhill.
I switched dentists after the rude office manager told me it wasn’t her job when I had a question about my dental insurance coverage but that’s not the worst thing.
Last time I was there I was told I had 2 cavities and they would need to be filled in 2 separate visits, even though both were small and on the insides of two neighboring teeth.
Imagine my surprise, and disgust, when my new dentist, after taking new X-rays, told me I have only 1.
Another telltale sign it’s not a good place is that
only one or two of the staff that had been there forever are still there.

Everyone is so kind & professional. I can actually say I love going to the dentist! Can’t recommend this place enough.
