My 93 year old mother just came up for the 2nd time for her B12 shot which she had been getting for years. She is now 20 days past due for the shot and is feeling unwell.

The first visit their computers were down so they couldn’t give her the shot. Today she waited an hour. Halfway in she asked why the wait was so long and was told the doctor hadn’t ordered the shot. The doctor was there but couldn’t be interrupted as doctor was with a patient. After an hour she left and went home. It’s a challenge for anyone, but especially at 93 years of age. Shame on you! Another man waiting finally got up and left too.

I can’t say that I’m surprised the reviews for this doctors office are low because the customer service is not good you have to call multiple times to ask the doctor to refill your monthly prescription MULTIPLE TIMES and if you didn’t it wouldn’t get done which is ridiculous totally ridiculous because it’s something that takes the doctor maybe 5 min to accomplish and yet it’s a battle every months and when you finally get frustrated enough to say something the smart ass reply you get is “ well sorry we’re human and make mistakes” No a mistake is accidentally forgetting sometimes but the fact that it’s a problem every month is a lack of customer respect...read full review

We were told by mother in laws home health nurse to drop off a urine sample off at the Milton Clinic. We were told that the lab could be closed, which it was Friday 3/14/25 at 3:40. My complaint is the lack of customer support that I received. Such as “the home health nurse should have known better”, no apologies….could not accept the sample, could not process it. The lack of caring was absolutely unacceptable. You all can certainly do better!
