After reading all of these bad reviews I was so nervous for my son to be seen here. For years we have struggled trying to get a diagnosis, and felt that since everyone said this place was bad that we wouldn’t get answers. BUT THIS PLACE REALLY CARED. The staff was incredible. The man at the front desk when you check in, so kind and friendly and so was the woman. The doctor, she took note of everything, really listened to what I had to say, did her assessments and finally had the answers we were looking for. The genetic doctor Megan, she was incredible and really explained everything in detail so I could understand better. This place really deserves more than my 5 star...read full review
We went to this place today and we had a great experience. I was worried at first from some of the other reviews I read but it was great. They were faster than I thought they would be. They listened to my concerns and they were very polite.
All I can say is Dr.James Matthew Weeks is nothing short of amazing. My son is 5 and we just left this office & in the 5 years of my son being on this earth he is the first doctor to hear all of my concerns with zero pushback. He heard me out on every concern I had & allowed me to ask as many questions as needed and provided an amazing answer for everything. He also let me know how great I was doing (which is always great to hear) & gave me some tips and tools to help me in the future with certain concerns I have for my son.
