This was my first tattoo so I was a little nervous; Laine was patient and warm from the moment we met, and checked in with me throughout the tattooing session to see how I was feeling. The whole atmosphere of the shop is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I absolutely LOVE my tattoo (three pelicans)!
