Katrina (Trina) took that seriously from the very beginning and made sure the entire experience was handled with care.

She was attentive, calm, and ready for any signs that I might become dizzy or faint. When I started to feel like I was blacking out and said I needed to lay back, she immediately reclined the chair, put ice packs on my neck and head, and calmly guided my friend on what to do. Even though I felt bad about it, she reassured me that this is something that happens in the piercing industry and made me feel completely safe and not embarrassed.
