Urgently needed a toilet part… Called this business and the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and accommodating and searched for the part I needed and called me back. Would definitely use this company again.

Non plumber here, came here to get wax rings. Tom at the desk heard out my requirements and measurements, looked at the pictures and immediately gave me exactly what I needed. I wasted close to an hour at the Home Depot at East Liberty before this.
It was also a good price, I believe close to half the price of the same item at Home Depot.

Helped me figure out a plan for some DIY work, especially helpful as I'm a first time homeowner. Very responsive and helpful. Prices were much lower than you'd see from large hardware stores (home depot, lowes, etc.) Will definitely come back if I have other plumbing tasks in the future.
