Inside Out Mechanical LLC is a professional plumbing and heating services. The plumber came on time and fixed frost free hose bib, leaks in bathtubs and toilets, frozen pipes that caused a mini flood in the basement, and heat pump issues. He repaired a water softener, installed a new water softener, and completed bathroom remodeling, hot water heater installation and various other household projects. He explained problems clearly, made sensible suggestions and fixed the cause, such as changing a thermostat to stop a blown fuse. The price of services was reasonable and the cost of a flooded basement or no running water was higher. He was very easy to work with, personable, friendly and professional. He was prompt on the initial phone call, quickly answered all questions and did a great job. He is competent, strong, works hard and smart, takes pride in every assignment and is young. He will be the first call for future help and continue to choose Inside Out Mechanical LLC for professional work.
Kole Came to replace my frost free hose bib. He was extremely professional. He came when he said he would. He fixed it at a very reasonable rate. And was a pleasure to work with. He will from now on be my new plumber for my investment property.
I recently called Cole to repair a leak in my bathtub and to repair my toilet , ( which was a big job ! ) He did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional .
I found Cole through a web search after experiencing some issues with our heat pump. I had tried unsuccessfully to address the issue but kept getting a blown fuse in the indoor unit. Cole was out the next business day and searched for a while to find the cause. In the end, he advised me to change the thermostat, which did the trick. I appreciated that he offered to do it himself but gave me the option. He will be my first call next time I need similar help!
