This place is great. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My trim came out sharp. Perfect atmosphere. Very clean. Best of all, they know how to talk, have a good time, make the experience relaxing and comfortable AND still cut hair at the same time. They don't get distracted because they're too busy cracking jokes. They know how to multitask and be professional. I will definitely be returning.

Been using this company for years. Besides servicing my yard, they have removed trees as well as snow. They do it all. Today the gentleman that cleaned up my leaves did an excellent job. So pleased. Yes, the communication can be a little spotty sometimes, but having them taking care of my property is worth it.

I am a woman who needed a local barber for my undercut. I wanted an affordable female barber, which is kind of hard to find in the Millersville area. I also wanted less of a masculine experience, which is what you get in typical barber shops. GSBS was the answer to my needs! My first appointment with Lisa was SPECTACULAR! She was lively, friendly, and had a lot of experience. She paid very close attention to her work, and all attention was paid to the details of my cut. I am looking forward to going back again!!

My basement was a mess, beware when buying a flipped house! ? Long story short, because my sewer line inside my house was painted, I had to have it replaced. I also needed a new boiler and hot water heater due to age and my wet basement. So I decided to go energy efficient. ? Oh and not to forget my new utility sink, with plumbing that works and a handy spray spout. Thank you so much to Trevor and Jeff, they did an awesome job with all the installations. Everything went very quickly with few issues, thankfully. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. I was having other work done in the basement and they worked with my scheduling.

Joe is one of a dying breed ofshoe craftsman. He has made me orthotics better,and more comfortable then from my Pediatrist. My Orthopod sent me to him to add something toorthotics that I had. Nice guy!

I just moved to the Millersville area and was hype for familiarity. I took a chance-that I knew might not be what I want so I'm not mad or upset. This is constructive.
Angel was a nice guy. Very enthused about his work. He's young and of good character. (Very valuable in my book) This is my first time in the shop as a woman (because my husband would usually take my boys). It's a good christian atmosphere. Down to earth, lots of laughing and joking- typical barbershop full of guys.
I booked with Angel because of reviews and seeing some of his work on IG. I'm particular about my hair. My edges are thin and I already had a short cut. Blending was the key. When you cut a woman it needs to look soft and not masculine. I asked for something like a high box fade, showed pictures and was specific- I'm not an expert on the lingo but it seems the assignment was understood. I didn't even get close to what I asked for. It looks super masculine and he couldn't resist trying to shape me up boxy in the front. He did his best. I'm not one to be quiet about my expectations so I jokingly tried to guide on what I wanted and didn't. He asked lots of questions and delivered to his best ability. He was very confident. Overall the shop was welcoming. Angel was a very sweet guy and I would give him another chance (because I know what it's like to be young and starting out) but for $46 in this economy I need you to be honest say I can't do that and not waste my money or time. For that I took one star.

My family and I came for brunch and were so pleased with the taste and quality of the food, and the service. The owner or possibly GM (not 100%, the man in charge) shook hands with my entire family of 5 as we were leaving. We love Crossgates!
