We first met Mark from JM Riehl Builders early last year (2025). We were looking to build a house, but had no idea where to begin or what it would cost.
Mark was very receptive to our ideas and budget. He gave us several plans and prices. We ended up working together with him, and came up with a semi-custom design that fit our needs and budget.
The construction process started on time. The job site was always kept neat and tidy. The suppliers and sub-contractors were professional and respectful.
Mark and his brother John kept weekly updates with us as the work progressed.
Mark and John were excellent to work with. They were very responsive, and did quality work. They walked us through the entire process from design to choosing finishes, and finally through construction. We highly recommend them and would certainly use JM Riehl again.
