Monica recently made a delivery to my home and we didn't hear her knocking. She tried calling and texting and we didn't hear that, either. When I finally saw and reached out to her, she drove the 20 minutes back to my home after returning to her shop - on a Saturday. Above and beyond and it meant the world to me. Flowers by Monica is amazing! I have used them many times,(including for my wedding years ago) and they never fail to impress me! I ordered this bouquet last minute and not only did they deliver promptly but it exceeded my expectations with how beautiful and full it was for the price! I've used Flowers by Monica before several times to send birthday balloon bouquets to my nieces. However, I called yesterday very last minute asking for a flower bouquet for my niece, who just had surgery. Their customer service is just lovely, they delivered same day, a beautiful bouquet with a Get Well balloon, and a little stuffy. Definitely recommend this small town floral shop!
