I called Milford Animal Hospital when my regular vet was closed and i was left totally impressed. They provided my dog and I with a same-day appointment and were able to resolve his issue at that appointment. The vet Dr. Grosso and staff, were both incredibly kind and professional. The prices were within reason too. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Great experience!

This office is FANTASTIC!! The whole staff were very welcoming, kind and all around wonderful! A great first impression! A huge plus, they got us in on the same day as a new patient (thank you, it is appreciated beyond words!) My original primary vet told us it wasn't necessary to treat our litter of pups til 6 weeks for worms and when they developed worms at 4 weeks, they couldn't get us in for a week but this office took us same day I called as new patients on New Years Eve nonetheless! The Dr. was very nice and loved how informative he was and the visit didn't feel rushed nor did I feel criticized for an accidental litter. They were very accommodating with helping out with the bill also. With a litter of pups, the bill could have been way higher but the dr was very kind and helped us out without even asking, again, I appreciate all of your help all around! Today, I was pleasantly surprised that they called to check in to see how all the furbabies were doing. The vet I've been with for the past 9 years not once ever gave a courtesy call to check in, we were always instructed we'd have to call them with an update. Another huge bonus about this office, when asking a question to the receptionist/assistant, I wasnt given false information, she very honestly said she didn't know the answer but asked someone who did. I am INCREDIBLY impressed and have been longing for a vet that I felt actually cared and am thankful the inconvenience of worms led me to this wonderful office I've been hoping for!

Exceptional vet! My dog got a laceration while on vacation for holidays. Can't say enough good things about the care and consideration they showed for us under stressful circumstances. Honestly, I wish my human-care physician were as thorough and communicative as the doctor here. Highly recommend.

Being new to the area , I was very nervous about finding a new veterinarian for my cats. The staff and the doctor here were amazing. The Dr went above and beyond to explain and show me everything my cat babies need.

We’ve been bringing our pets to this veterinary clinic for nearly 20 years, and it’s been such a joy to see it continue to thrive under the new ownership. The care, compassion, and professionalism they’ve shown reaffirm exactly why we still drive over an hour to see them. With eight cats in our family, each one has received the same level of thoughtful, personalized care. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated, and we’re truly grateful for everything they do. They also never turn us down even when they are Maxed out. We appreciate you guys!

I went to this vet for years because I could always get in on a Saturday and prices were reasonable. However when the Dr. discovered cancer in my dog during dental surgery he did not even call me personally but had his tech deliver the horrible news. As you can imagine I was in complete shock. When I called to express displeasure at this treatment and others following, he also did not follow up. When I called to make a an appointment recently, I was told that I was no longer welcome as a client because I had complained. Also, the Dr. recently instituted exorbitant charges for same day appointments and, emergency visits. I don't feel he has any care for the animals. Honestly he's never expressed any care for mine. Would never in any form recommend that you take your animal here. Techs are wonderful but I cannot recommend the doctor.

So thankful for the team at Milford Animal Hospital for seeing us for a Saturday morning emergency. We were visiting the area and had an unfortunate encounter with another animal. They were able to get us seen and treated within 2 hours. Thank you for the compassionate care, we would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put down our beloved cat, and the team at Milford Animal Hospital was incredible through every step of the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us the time and space we needed to make the right decision. Their compassion, patience, and genuine care made an unbearable situation a little easier. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism during such a difficult time.
