Shaffer's Plumbing & Heating

Shaffer's Plumbing & Heating provides professional and quality work from first contact to the finished project. Customers report great service with a very polite and courteous team. Steve is described as great, always prompt and professional, getting the job done every time. In emergencies, service is provided within a few hours or less. For a new furnace install, Cody was very professional, cordial, and knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining the very reasonable estimate for a new Rheem furnace. Steve and Tristan arrived promptly on time, worked hard, cleaned up afterwards, and answered questions about future servicing. Tristan even went above and beyond by noticing a boot beginning to dry rot on the roof and applying roof cement for a water tight seal. The new system means it is nice to no longer wake up to a cold house or worry about malfunction. Customers recommend Shaffer's Plumbing & Heating without hesitation, calling them the best.
