I took my dog in because she’s constantly licking/itching herself. They didn’t check her as much as I thought. Even though it was a wellness check. She has a rash spot on the side of her body. She has two bumps on top of her eyes which seem like skin rash. That I found later that same day. Suspect she has a yeast infection. Felt like we got brushed off. With no solution. I’m just concerned and upset. Just want her to get the attention and care she needs so she feels better.

I came to have my cat examined for a large open sore. The exam was brief and I was charges 80 dollars for pain medicine, an antibiotic and a cone collar. X-rays were $500.00 which I did not get. They do not have a full time vet. Don't waste your time using this service.

Good and take care of my cats very very well. They did all I needed done for my cats health. Help me understand what was wrong with my cats. Gave me what I needed to give to my sick cat.

This is the second time I went in for an appointment and waited for 15 minutes with my son and anxious 1 year old puppy and was told they gave it to someone else because “they made multiple attempts to confirm” via text and left a voicemail. I made the appointment on Wednesday… it’s a vet appointment for vaccines, not a reservation at Ruth Chris. The young lady at the front desk was arrogant and rude as she flipped her laptop around tapping her screen and said smugly when I was leaving “you have yourself a good rest of your day. Our last visit after we waited 30 minutes and CONFIRMED that appointment, the vet, whom not to be nasty but was overweight herself, informed me my dog is in overweight and I need to address it and get her out more. Thanks for the tip. I’m a full time employed single mom with two boys and two dogs. I’ve taken my dogs here for 5 years simply because they luckily only needed routine visits. They’re just nasty. Take your pets somewhere else. Life is too short to deal with ugly people on a power trip.
