So thankful we switched to Town & Country! I have two dogs, one of which is very stranger reactive. Town & Country has been amazing! When we first came here, everyone really listened to me when I mentioned the best way to handle my reactive dog, rather than be dismissive. I think because of this we've been able to get all their exams, vaccines, and blood draws done. My dogs may not be the easiest, but I appreciate a clinic that puts as much effort in as I do to make it smooth experience for everyone!

I recently brought my newly adopted cat in for his very first visit after getting him from the shelter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The vet and the entire team were incredibly kind and patient, both with me and with my cat. They made sure he felt as comfortable as possible during the exam, which really put me at ease as a new pet parent.

The vet took the time to give me thorough, easy-to-understand information about how to properly care for him — from nutrition and vaccinations to behavior and preventative care. I left the appointment feeling confident and well-prepared to give my cat the best possible start in his new home.

I’m so grateful for the compassionate care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring veterinary team!

This clinic has been nothing short of amazing!! My late family dog used to go here and they were phenomenal with him. My current cat is also a patient here and they are great! I can make appointments quickly and easily, the staff is 10/10, and the quality of care is definitely there. Would recommend for your furry friend!! 🐾

The team at Towne and Country couldn’t have been any more compassionate today.
We unfortunately had to euthanize our 12 year old dog. We were allowed to have our other dog see her for one last time. We gathered around and Nikko, the vet tech and Dr B. explained how things would go as we talked to and loved on our sweet lady!
They saved us after a horrific experience at another local vet clinic. We were able to calmly and peacefully put our beloved girl to rest.
    We will be forever grateful!

If you’re looking for a reliable, kind, and intelligent, family-owned vet to look after your fur baby, this is the perfect place to go. I used to go to H&P but it was very impersonal and I didn’t feel they were giving me all the information I needed. Dr. Chay and Dr. Aldinger are very knowledgeable and thorough. Their staff is incredible, very friendly, and loving to my kitty tutly when I bring him in. Couldn’t ask for a better vet.

Having just moved here it was very important to me to find a top notch vet for our three rescue dogs that I felt cared that we were there, cared that we chose to try them, cared about our animals. Town and Country was very welcoming, very personable, very conscientious, and had lots of technology support and follow up that was very helpful. Highly recommend you give them a try.

We have both cats and dogs, and one of our pups is very reactive to strangers and medical staff (he had been a stray in an overcrowded, high-kill shelter). We moved to the area mid-summer and since that time the amazing, kind, and caring staff at Town & Country Veterinary Hospital have been right on top of things to provide care and compassion. Our pitties received their annual vaccinations and exams (with TONS of patience and treats for my boy who was only a fan of the techs LOL), and we were able to order their monthly tick/flea/heartworm meds right there for delivery to our house. They answered any questions I had and understood that some pups just need a different approach to things (like Rascal, who will get the remainder of his full exam while he's under for his nails so humans and dog alike are safe and unafraid).

This past weekend we lost our oldest cat, Luci. She had been the "Alpha Dog" of the house in her younger days, but sadly cancer overwhelmed her body quickly. Dr. Chay was so kind and caring, allowing my 16yo son (Luci's owner and person since my son was 4) to provide palliative care at home until Luci was ready to say goodbye. When it was that time, Dr. Chay made sure that we had plenty of time to say goodbye to our precious girl, and then allowed us to stay with her after as long as we needed. The handwritten note we received in the mail from the whole staff really touched our hearts.

When we moved here, there were so many highly rated veterinarians in the area to choose from, but I know we selected the right care provider for our fuzzy family members.
