Dr.Tom and Joanna made me feel welcomed and at ease from the moment I walked in. I was nervous going to a chiropractor for the first time for neck/back pain but I knew within minutes that I chose the right doctor. Within a few visits, I could actually walk without significant pain. Highly recommend and I look forward to my weekly visits.

I have had nothing but very positive experience with Dr. O’Brien and his front desk assistant, Joanna. The first time I contacted the office, I was in extreme pain, and even though it would be after normal office hours, Joanna said to come right over and the doctor would be able to see me since I was in such debilitating pain! Who holds an office open for a new patient? That was the first sign of what a great experience I would have with Dr. O’Brien’s practice! Very welcoming, friendly, and clean environment. I was able to get a new patient appointment right away to address some pain I was experiencing. Dr. Tom took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.
