Joey Ferrell of Remax Hometown in Media exceeded any expectations that my wife and I might have had going into the sale process. Joey was our agent in selling a condo in Havertown. We listed it mid-may and closed 3 weeks later while we were out of town. Granted, it's probably simpler selling a condo than a house but still, Joey's manner, friendliness, knowledge and hard work made this sale a definite success for us. It’s been well over a month since Teresa and I sold my Mother’s house. Teresa did an amazing job. She far exceeded my wildest expectations! My problem is answering this question. How do I best put into words what Teresa did for my family without writing the next great novel?Teresa and I met shortly after my Mom passed away. We toured the house together.
