We’ve bought rugs from Puffin before and have had multiple rugs cleaned. The prices are very reasonable and the service is exceptional — the pickup/delivery service for cleaning is awesome. The last rug I bought I mentioned to Liala that it was replacing one that had been damaged by moths. She recommended a Teebaud pad for the moth problem. I was skeptical, but it WORKED. The pad has a bit of stickiness to it, so not only does the rug stay in place on our hardwood floors, but it eliminated the moths completely. We’re so lucky to have Puffin Rugs right in downtown Media!

They rescued a rug that was abused by 2 dogs and a small child for a few years. After professional steam cleaning and a ton of store bought remidies could not eliminate the smell or the color...they brought it back to life to look and smell brand new....and they did it with free pickup and drop off. The rug pad they suggested & sold with the cleaning service feels amazing.Thank you Puffin Rugs...we will be back.
