Puffin Rugs! Wow! Gold Standard! Beyond perfection! I was so happy with this company. I needed rug pads for 3 rugs. Not only did the staff cut them exactly as I requested, but the quality was top notch. The kindness of the owner, off the charts. The workers polite, happy and wanted my rugs to look perfect for me. There are not enough gold stars for this company as far as I am concerned. Thank you Puffin Rugs. It may seem a silly thing to be happy about rug pads, but it was more than that. We’ve bought rugs from Puffin before and have had multiple rugs cleaned. The prices are very reasonable and the service is exceptional — the pickup/delivery service for cleaning is awesome. The last rug I bought I mentioned to Liala that it was replacing one that had been damaged by moths. She recommended a Teebaud pad for the moth problem. I was skeptical, but it WORKED. The pad has a bit of stickiness to it, so not only does the rug stay in place on our hardwood floors, but it eliminated the moths completely. We’re so lucky to have Puffin Rugs right in downtown Media!

They rescued a rug that was abused by 2 dogs and a small child for a few years. After professional steam cleaning and a ton of store bought remidies could not eliminate the smell or the color...they brought it back to life to look and smell brand new....and they did it with free pickup and drop off. The rug pad they suggested & sold with the cleaning service feels amazing.Thank you Puffin Rugs...we will be back.
