Finding a reliable and trustworthy company to service our oil-fired hydronic boiler has been difficult to say the least. I have dealt with multiple oil companies that also proclaim to be HVAC service companies. However, when it comes down to proper boiler maintenance they are either misinformed or, worse, dishonest due to a clear conflict of interest.
After years of research, I finally found two companies in the Media area that are recognized within the industry. July 3rd, our outdoor a/c unit stopped cooling the house. My husband & I looked and found a critter's nest by the wiring with some chewed wires. I emailed Pompetti for service after the July 4th holiday weekend. I followed up with a call on Monday and was politely and quickly helped by the office staff saying a tech would be out later. Jamie arrived, listened to everything I had checked & done, quickly repaired the chewed wires, got the breaker reset, and the unit was running and cooled the house down in time for today's heat advisory.
