I tried to ask a price and timeframe to just add a zipper pull to my husband’s coat that ripped off. The lady refused to give me a price or timeframe and just said to leave the coat but I asked if she could call me back when she has the price and timing info. She said she “doesn’t call” and I should just leave it for her to do it. She said if I didn’t want to do that I can go somewhere else. I said that’s terrible business but ok I will. She was very rude like I bothered her by trying to give her business. We won’t be bothering her again!

Didn’t have cleaning when told. They couldn’t find it. Didn’t call me to tell me it was late. Didn’t call me to tell me it arrived. Couldn’t explain it just “I don’t remember.” Didn’t apologize. First and last time to MS Dry Cleaners.
