Jim was so detailed with the services they offered. When I called him to inquire, he visited us the next day to show us what the company can offer. He also assist us with financing and made sure we can get the great deal for the Window and Door project we want Due to the delay of orders he made sure we won’t be running another hard pull credit. And explained very well on how the financing will be processed. They completed the project for all our windows and back door in 2 days. They also cleaned before they left. James was extremely helpful and available throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their business to friends and family needing exterior home improvements. It can be hard to find business that you can trust these days, but Compass Windows and Doors were extremely respectful and transparent throughout the entire process.

Jim was able to meet me on my time schedule. He was very informative explaining the product specs along with answering all my questions. Our Church project will be delayed however Jim is willing to work with us.
