The work was completed efficiently, timely, and a group of team members worked together. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the project. Great customer service. I called and left a message before they opened and had a return call within an hour to schedule an inspection. They were able to have someone come out a day later who gave me an honest assessment of the leak and showed me pictures so I understood. He gave me a fair quote for the repair and was able to fix it the following week. I appreciate the fast service which spared me any further damage internally.
As a Harrisburg Realtor, I can’t recommend Ryan’s Roofing enough. During a pre-settlement walkthrough, my buyers found a roof leak on a three-story townhouse. Jeff came out right away, used a drone to inspect and take photos, and provided an estimate that same day—saving our scheduled settlement date. My clients hired Jeff for the repairs post-closing, and the work was completed promptly the next day. Ryan's Roofing is fair, reliable, efficient, and extremely professional!
Brian Good was amazing! I called Ryan's Roofing Tues evening about an issue with my sons roof.Brian called me back Wed in the AM...Said he could be there ,that day, when we got off work at 3:15...climbed on the roof, found the problem and showed us a Pic from his phone, so we knew exactly what was going on up there.Said he could be out the next day to get it fixed. He went up and covered up the missing shingles(with a tarp) on the roof because it started to rain.He cared enough that no more damage would be done!Got the roof repaired and gave me updates the entire time(which is so appreciated)and sent me after pictures of what he did! Great person, wonderful personality and… read full review
