Nestled away with stunning views and an open field for a nice walk before the appointment helped our pup settle from the drive in. When we entered, the front desk team greeted us by name and were so sweet to Willow. Not long after, we were escorted to an exam room. This was a new patient visit to establish care. All questions and concerns were answered and we even learned a few things regarding pet care living in a new and different environment! Lisa was awesome in that she understood our concerns. We tested twice prior to a week vacation. Lisa texted day 2 as well as sent us some pics mid week to put our mind at ease.
