Donna was nice and has done great work on other clients. However on my hair it was not great! When I called she blamed it on me and my miscommunication and said she will personally cut me a check out of her pocket to refund me for the color that I had fixed at another salon after 2 days of trying to get ahold of Donna. Today I get a call saying that they will not give a refund till they see what was done to my hair... fair enough! But make up your mind... so yes I will go in so that I can get a refund, however I do not see that happening anyhow. The owner stated that he understands I worked at a holiday hair salon but that doesn’t mean anything to him, he has ran a shop for 45 years. I have no idea why where I worked previously even came up to him, which that’s not where I previously worked and clearly he was angry to have to refund any money. He then said have a good day and hung up on me. When I called back to say I will come in he said he is the middle of a meeting and if I don’t want to take the deal then so be it. Extremely unprofessional. At the end of the day, my hair looked nothing like what I asked for. Just a sad excuse of how a business should be ran.

Billy is AMAZING! I fried my hair too death. I had bleached it so many times to put wild colors in my hair. It was a disaster. Billy rehabbed my hair, and now, 2 years later, it is still gorgeous because this man can cut hair like he's in a competition and he's winning. His eye for color is phenomenal. And, after i had a baby and my hair began falling out on top of the breakage from the old bleach damage, he cut my hair into a beautiful cut even though I didn't want to cut as short as I had to. I recommend him to anyone who needs a cut like you've only dreamed of being able to have. My favorite part about him is he's honest about what you can and can't do. He won't let you do anything you shouldn't. He really has an ability to find you the best hair for you. Thanks Billy!
