The staff was very friendly and helpful on arrival and pickup. Our 2 labs were very happy at pickup and all of our dog's belongings were ready to go before we arrived. The staff made sure another customer with a small dog remained outside in the grassy area until we took our 2 dogs to our car. I would pay extra for the pet beds next time.

Such a great place for our pups to stay when we travel! They are both so happy when we drop them off. They share the same suite, which has access to the outside for potty breaks. We can see them on video during the day and receive Facebook updates about them and the other dogs. They also provide grooming and go home bath services, which we get every time. Highly recommend!

I felt my babies were well taking care of . We were able to see them on cam and they always looked relaxed. Even when Kody or German Shepherd decided to tear apart both of their dog beds, they messaged us to tell us what happened. I will definitely board our dogs with them again

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy—Look Elsewhere
I used to be a loyal customer of Noah’s Pet Hotel & Spa West, spending over $4,000 boarding my dog with them over the years. My dog has food and crate aggression, and I originally praised them for knowing how to handle him. For five years, there was never a single issue—until suddenly, without any compelling reason, they refused to accept him anymore.
What makes this even worse is that the decision came from the owner, not the staff. In fact, the worker who informed me seemed genuinely ashamed and even admitted they had never had a problem with my dog. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and bad faith from the owner.
If you’re looking for a reliable place to board your dog, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are much better, more trustworthy facilities out there. I only stuck with this place because they knew my dog well, but clearly, that loyalty meant nothing to them. Avoid them if you’re looking for consistency and respect as a paying customer.

1st week (1 day a week) visit for our 2 year old lab. He had an older brother who passed not long ago and our younger boy was missing him so we wanted to give him some companionship with other dogs. So far so good. We were able to see some photos of him playing with others on their Facebook. They spend time outside playing in groups which is pretty cool. We think he was still overly excited when he got home, ended up not keeping his meal down so we will have to see how that goes.
