My husband Ryan and I were very pleased with Lawyers Realty. They helped us find our dream home after almost six months of searching! They showed us dozens of homes on week nights and weekends to accommodate our schedules. The entire team was always friendly, professional, and made us feel like we were family! We worked with Megan Duffie Flor Group to sell our first home and purchase our second. The beauty of working with this group is that each person specializes in a certain aspect of the home sale and purchase. Kathy was fantastic with our inspection process, super knowledgeable and a great advocate on your behalf. Kelly was awesome when it came to marketing your home and helping you stage your home. Julie was fantastic at the end setting up our settlement for our old home and current home! Megan was fantastic when it came to negotiating the deals on the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. To make our settlement work, she drove from one settlement in Carlisle to the settlement of our new home in Lemoyne so that we could have both settlements on the same day. It is stressful to sell a home and purchase a new one, and these ladies made the process as smooth as can be. My husband and I both felt like they were on our side protecting and guiding us through the steps.
