Jan Wheeler is a very professional & experience Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realy group in Camp Hill, Pa. I started working with Jan January 31,2026. She showed an array of houses to my liking in the designated area I preferred. Finally showing a house 100 days previously which I liked however wasn't in the condition relating to the asking price. Jan worked extreme hard on the listing agent to resolve the issues to my liking which resulted in a sale May 22 2026. I still have lots of work however she was able to reach an amicable agreement on price. If you're looking for a very knowledgeable & experience hardworking Realtor Jan is your go to person. Janice is the BEST. We were able to sell our home and purchase a new home in a significant time frame. I was a bit nervous at first but, she took me step by step making the process very easy. She was kind, considerate, and very professional. Thank you Janice for all your hard work and dedication. Highly recommend.
