Just Simple PC's

I had a PC with a 3080ti GPU shipped to me from California. Upon receiving it, several screws were loose in the case, pieces of metal and plastic were bent, and the GPU didn’t power on.

Jose was able to get my GPU up and running- but solved several other items such as building a more efficient setup of the hardware and finding an audio issue that I wasn’t aware of. I was saved hours of stress of troubleshooting and researching.

Jose was fantastic! I am not a computer geek at all and he explains everything so well to make it truly understandable. He put in a new digital hard drive in my computer so I did not need to buy a new one and installed new microsoft 11 software for me. My computer is working great now and he saved me the cost of a new computer. Jose is personable and trustworthy and very knowledgeable and I highly recommend his services. He is available to help with computer issues and can link to your computer as needed to help you solve your issue remotely.

Very pleased! My laptop became uncooperative and Jose assured me he could set it straight. I got it back just a few days later and it's fine. Aside from fixing the problem, Jose explained what had caused it and how to avoid it going forward. 5 Stars + an extra for being such a nice guy!
