I generally go to this place for hair cut and never had much complaint. This time i got opportunity to have my hair cut with Ryena, the store manager. She was very nice and did excellent hair cut.

As a long-time customer of Great Clips, I recently visited the store with my brother on Sunday evening. Unfortunately, our experience was not positive.
We were assigned to one stylist, but she was preoccupied with the time of day and did not provide an adequate haircut. Despite the poor service we received, I am giving the store three stars because the other stylist who assisted my brother did an excellent job. She spent quality time with us and created a special haircut.

Raena had a disgruntled customer when I walked in. She was very kind and professional. Once he left, she realized he had left his keys so she left a very polite message letting him know. She then went back to work like nothing happened. I was very impressed.
