It was good for what it was but my hair wasnt fully dry because they were running behind. Which not terrible but I wasnt a fan of hearing all the complaining about other stylist. One was very vocal about another and I felt that was unprofessional.
When I asked lady to flatten the top a little bit more she seemed confused. She then proceeded to Make it much pointier and got visibly frustrated when I didn't say it was better.
I've had a few other hair stylist there and they have been decent but most have them either left or are not working when I go in.
I generally go to this place for hair cut and never had much complaint. This time i got opportunity to have my hair cut with Ryena, the store manager. She was very nice and did excellent hair cut.
