Hello, we always go to Great Clips and they usually check the notes on how we like the haircuts. Once they did the LINE UPS and I made sure they put it on the notes to please not do them ever again. This time it was a relative who took my kid and guess what? They did the Line ups! My question is, why if its on the notes, why don’t they follow? I know many people like line ups and that’s perfect, but it doesn’t look good on how my kids do their hair. Is there is anything else we could do or say (besides the notes)? Thank you!
I went in to change everything!! Hi, I'm MacKenzie and I am mixed (black and white) and my hair (before) was long, curly and almost to my waist with a scraggly series of split ends that made curles IMPOSSIBLE! I went in to get my hair done by Kimberly (hairstylist of color) and MAAAANNN did she deliver!!
I wanted a Bob type cut that would get rid of all the split ends and take it to above my shoulders. So I went to do a cut, flat iorn, and syle. And DANG. She was like, OH we can't forget to do layers. Today I had haircut here and it was my best experience even in any great clips in last 8 years.
Kimberly did an amazing job in setting my haircut which was not easy or regular haircut. She took enough time unlike many others who finishes off hair cut in 5 to 10 mins.
I will look for her again for my next haircuts.
** Earlier I never had this experience in the same location ,earlier it was average or below average with others. Kim is exceptional!!
