The technician Paul was, as always, very pleasant and respectful of the property. This was a routine service call, but he addressed the problem of carpenter ants that recently came up in the garage. He thoroughly explained what he did and is scheduling a follow-up to make sure the ants are gone. I've had a service contract with Ehrlich for years and have been completely satisfied.
