The cooling was not working properly in our home. Called BGS and they were here within an hour. The diagnosis was not good as our system was getting old, but BGS gave us many options. After consideration, we decided to go with an entire system replacement in lieu of a repair. Within 3 days we had a brand new system fully installed for an exceptional price. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy......and all around great people.
Dan and Ed came to our rescue while we were out town. They assessed our cooling unit and found replacement parts to fix our system before our return. Timely and prompt service.
