I had a hair highlights service this past Saturday, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Jalixa did an exceptional job, the color turned out beautifully, and her expertise truly showed in how flawlessly it was executed. The salon owner was also very attentive and made sure I felt well cared for throughout. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality hair services.

I recently moved to PA and someone recommended me this salon. I went for hair cut and it was really nice as well cheap compare to others . Salon has a positive vibe with nice and clean environment . I definitely recommend to visit this salon.

I got a haircut and eyebrows threading and let me tell you this , I wouldn't give this place 1 star. The salon is dirty and they're always in rush. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I like their work and it’s close to my house so I started coming here . But they are always in a rush and trying to promote their business. Last week after I got my eye brows, upper lip threading done she gave me cut under the eye and upper lip corner during the procedure . It was hurting but I thought it happens sometimes and kept quiet. She gave me mirror and asked to check but when I requested to remove extras she mumbled in her language ( I took time to do but it’s not done) . She left and started working on computer about their schedules. They did not even offer me moisturizer or gel. Another employee came to me and was promoting their facial and asked if I was interested in scheduling. Later while paying bill they realized and offered me gel hastily. I totally understand that everyone is busy running their schedules and office . I am only suggesting that they need to work on giving importance to their client, total attention during the service, tone while talking to them.
I still like their work and will work with them but hope this feedback will help them grow in a better direction.

I had rescheduled my hair service with the stylist named jalixa and i had rescheduled my appointment twice with advance notice. I had rescheduled it for a Saturday. I showed up for my appointment and they couldn't find me on their schedule and the girl goes and talks to jalixa and she said that she had canceled my appointment due to the fact thay I had rescheduled the last couple of times. Mind you I never got a notice that my appointment was canceled. If I could rate them zero I would. Zero customer service!
