I bought a new SSD from Amazon and I was having issues with it disconnecting from my PC, so thinking it may be a problem with my ssd slot I took it and my PC to Techbox to get tested. Within a day he called me and said the SSD is defective and said no charge for diagnosing it. Very pleased with the customer service and will definetely come back if I need repair work done!
