I’ve been going here for years. Like most salons, I get mostly satisfaction and occasionally a so-so outcome. Overall, this place does a great business. I go every two weeks like clockwork and get a fill and gel paint. I think all nail salons just get too busy at times and the workers feel hurried … so I would recommend that if you feel like the outcome isn't to your satisfaction then point it out specifically while you are stillthere to have them remedy it before you leave . I would do this in any salon. I’ve been to several nail salons in the Crawford County and Erie area. I will continue coming back to Queen’s! The staff is phenomenal. They do get busy, but they truly value appointments and your service. They have great prices, and I’ve never felt cheated out of my money or time coming here. I cannot say enough good things.
