Glad our insurance made us change! Efficient, without feeling rushed but didn't wait long for anyone. Doc explained everything I asked in terms I could understand. The gals upfront took care of my glasses and made them 100x more comfortable. They explained our insurance and were very pleasant from start to end. Will be spreading the word to our friends!
Well, this review originally wasn't that great.
After my first appointment we had some communication issues that resulted in me having a less that favorable opinion of the business.
They reached out to me a few days later very apologetic. They were having some issues with their phone lines and had a misunderstanding on the days people would be in office.
I feel that they showed what a good business is all about. Nobody is perfect and mistakes will happen. It is going above and beyond to make it right when a mistake happens that shows the true culture and character of a business.

I had a fantastic first experience at Art of Eyecare. I normally have anxiety when it comes to eye appointments, but today I felt absolutely none of that. I was greeted when I walked in the door with smiles, which is always so appreciated. I was taken back very quickly and was treated so well by each staff member. Any and all of my questions or concerns were answered quickly and with confidence. Every test was explained to me from beginning to end which I was extremely grateful for.
