Based on customer reviews, Model Cleaners provides friendly and helpful service with quick service and a very kind smile. Clothes are done on time, and customers appreciate receiving a reminder if they forget to pick up their items. The staff is always polite, friendly, and easy to work with. Customers find the prices cheap, especially for suits, and are consistently very happy with the service, planning to use them in the future. In one case, a white linen jacket with multiple spots required three tries for full cleaning. While the spots were lightened after the first attempt, they remained visible. After the second attempt, all spots were gone except for one black streak. The third time was successful, with all spots removed and the jacket in good condition. Customers appreciated the willingness to redo the item three times, though it should have been taken care of the first time. Despite this, they will continue to use the services. Overall, Model Cleaners offers a quality job on clothing and a great experience.
I received quick service with a very kind smile. My clothes were done on time and even sent me a reminder I didn’t pick them up on time. I really appreciated the reminder. Another great smile and quick service when I picked them up.
Have used their services multiple times. Very polite and quick service. Cheap price for dry cleaning, suits in particular. Will continue to use their services in the future. Consistently very happy with the service!
A tale of multiple tries...
My wife dropped off a white linen jacket to be cleaned. She had work it to a wedding and ended up with multiple spots on the lapel and the sleeve. The spots were noted and identified when the jacket was initially dropped off.
The first time it was returned, the spots were lightened but still plainly visible. Our assumption is that they were not pretreated at all prior to the cleaning process. We requested that it be returned and again all the spots were identified and marked with safety pins and/or yellow tape.
