This dry cleaning and alterations facility did a fine job altering 4 pair of trousers for me. The work was done profe6and within the timeframe that they quoted me. There was an extremely small tear on a seam near the pocket on one pair which they tagged and noted. Had they contacted me at the time I'd have gladly authorized them to repair the seam tear at whatever expense was needed. Now I have to take the trousers somewhere else or back to them for the repair. Overall they did a fine job of what I asked for. It just would have been nice if they'd have reached out to me after they noted the problem, while they had the item right there.

My daughter spilled bikini wax on an expensive blouse (don't ask me why or how) and after soaking it at home with ZERO results, we took it to Martinizing Dry Cleaning. They do the cleaning on premises so you can speak directly with individuals who have knowledge of what they can or cannot do. And voila, her blouse is totally clean and looking new at a very reasonable price. Thank you SO MUCH!

I took a coat into be dry cleaned, as per label instructions. It had a canvas outer shell, wool lining with a leather collar. I got a call from the shop saying the coat was damaged in the cleaning process and the the owner was "working on it" and would call me back. I was a little struck when I heard this as I loved that coat and what did "working on it" mean?....Well, a day or two later the owner called me back. He told me that he knew there was something wrong with the manufacturing process because of how the coat turned after cleaning. He took the initiative to contact the manufacturer...I guess they have ways of tracking stuff down by the numbers on the labels, lots, batches...who knew? Anyway, there was indeed a manufacturing defect and he instructed me to return the coat, even though it was not new, just first time I had tried to clean it. I was still a little baffled when I picked up the coat, but a gentleman made a point of coming out to speak with me again of what happened, showed me stuff on the coat, and reassured me about returning it. I felt funny walking into the store again, it was a brand store, same as on the tag, but when I went to the counter and asked to speak with the manager, she knew all about it! They returned the coat for credit and let me walk out with another coat! Not the same one, since it was a different season, but I still got a new coat out of it!!!! I was so grateful to the people at Martinizing for taking the extra step. I mean, who does that? I was really impressed. I still take all of my cleaning there as it is on my way home from work and been happy with them ever since!
